bag

my new project is a very large bag. it is purple and tan and HUGE!!! lol its my first i will learn from what happens. i will post pictures soon as long as i can get everything to work! haha

this started out as hexagons and that proved to be a little to difficult for me to figure out how to put them together and it be flat. so i turned every single hexagon into a triangle and we have a neat little blanket. its a oblong diamond shape which i thought would be really neat. very soft.

i just think its a neat little blanket!

new project

i have started a new blanket which i plan to sell on craigslist or ebay. it started out as hexagons but that turned out to be pretty difficult. so now they are being turned into traingles. i will post pics later today of my progress.

i did 3 round squares for this baby boy blanket.

a baby afghan fit for a princess!!! yet another gift. using the slant shell stitch this was a very very easy blanket to make. added about 10 flowers to it.

puffs of green

my first full size afghan!!! i used the puff stitch and put a single white small flower on one square. this one was fun and easy.

my first attempt at alphabet blocks!!!

i think they turned out very well!!! once again a gift for a friend who's sister is having a baby! i did 4" by 4" single crochet squares and joined them together. i used store bought stuffing for them. the stitches dont exactly match up so i did some gap joins ya know?

huskers afghan

this was supposed to be a baby blanket and i got carried away and made it a bit larger:) the mom loves that its so big though. she'll be able to wrap it around her and her son!! i used the star stitch and for the border i used star stich and double crochet. for the N i did the filet stitch. this was my first letter piece!
